What you achieve
- Ensuring the greatest possible technical availability of production facilities and infrastructure, taking into account legal, safety, hygiene and economic aspects
- Planning, preparation, coordination, monitoring and follow-up of reactive maintenance (fault hotline/immediate orders) as well as preventive maintenance
- Creating and optimising maintenance plans and their complete and traceable documentation of planned and executed measures
- Coordinating appointments for preventive maintenance with production
- Timely initiation of measures, especially regarding quality- and safety-relevant plant components
- Analysis and investigation of damage events to prevent future occurrences (Reliability Engineering)
- Supporting maintenance managers and technicians in maintaining equipment documentation, manuals, specifications, drawings and other documents in paper and electronic form
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Field: Polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechanic or equivalent qualifications
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in maintenance planning
- Further training as a maintenance technician with a federal certificate (advantageous) or technician
- LEAN qualification with proof of performance
- Broad-based expertise in mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics in an industrial production environment, preferably in food manufacturing
- Knowledge of legal requirements regarding safety and food hygiene
- Analytical and networked thinking
- Practical, solution-oriented and proactive approach
- Team player, strong communication skills and confident in negotiation
- High degree of independence, initiative and resilience

- French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
