By one of our clients located 20 minutes from Yverdon, a family-owned company with around fifty Swiss references in its field for over 100 years, we are looking for a: Maintenance Mechanic for a permanent position. DESCRIPTION: In a human-sized industrial structure, you will ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support: - Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machines and equipment- Diagnosis of mechanical failures and return to service- General mechanics, fitting, and assembly- Welding (MIG/MAG, electrode – depending on needs)- Performing small machining work (drilling, turning, milling)- Ensuring the reliability of the production equipment- Working closely with the technical and production teamPROFILE: - Basic knowledge in industrial mechanics, maintenance mechanics, heavy goods vehicle (HGV) mechanics or agricultural mechanics with strong mechanical skills- Proven experience in industrial or production maintenance- Good mechanical skills, versatility appreciated in welding and machining- Self-reliant, resourceful, and solution-oriented- Interest in a robust and concrete industrial environment- Reliable, committed, and enjoys teamworkWe offer:- A permanent position within a stable and recognized company in its field- A varied, technical, and non-routine working environment- Conditions in line with experience and skills- A human-sized structure with short decision-making circuitsWant to take on this challenge?
