Our spaces are complemented by a renowned fitness center, conference and seminar rooms, as well as a restaurant open 7 days a week. To complete our team, we are looking for a full-time permanent: Maintenance & Technical Management Manager (M/F). Your mission: As the Maintenance & Technical Management Manager (M/F), you play a key role in the daily operation of our thermal center, which combines thermal bathing areas, a hotel, a spa, and wellness services. You are responsible for the reliability, safety, and performance of all technical systems, while actively contributing to the quality of the experience.Responsibilities: Maintenance and Technical: You plan, supervise, and carry out preventive maintenance of all equipment on the site, including:- heating systems, and energy production,- plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems,- thermal baths (pools, jacuzzis, wet areas, associated equipment),- technical equipment related to hospitality and accommodations. You ensure the ongoing compliance of all systems with safety standards and regulations in force, particularly in the demanding context of a thermal establishment.Team Management: You coach, train, and evaluate the maintenance team to ensure a high level of technical competence, responsiveness, and service quality. You establish a culture focused on safety, prevention, and continuous improvement.Management and Budgeting: You develop, manage, and monitor the annual maintenance budget. You anticipate the needs for equipment replacements and technical investments while ensuring strict monitoring of costs.Suppliers and Subcontractors: You select, coordinate, and manage external suppliers and subcontractors. You ensure the quality of work while respecting deadlines, budgets, and safety regulations.Safety, Health, and Environment: You are responsible for adherence to safety protocols for both the internal team and external companies, while managing the aspects of occupational health and safety. You also ensure compliance with environmental requirements specific to a sought-after center.You have a solid experience in technical maintenance, ideally in a hotel environment, thermal facilities, or in a highly regulated context. You hold the required safety diploma and are comfortable in team management, budget oversight, and managing partners. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
