As part of the development of our client’s activity, we are looking for a Machining Methods Technician (M/F) to strengthen the Production division team.

A true player in industrialisation, you contribute to the implementation, development and optimisation of machining processes.

MISSION DESCRIPTION
  • Develop, programme and optimise machining programmes on our various production means, ensuring their compliance and performance.
  • Monitor your activities and communicate project progress to the various stakeholders.
  • Participate in the industrialisation of new products and processes by defining manufacturing references and production standards.
  • Prepare, conduct and analyse industrial tests in collaboration with production teams, then formalise results and recommendations.
  • Keep technical data related to equipment, manufacturing ranges and production operations up to date.
  • Optimise machining ranges to improve productivity, quality, process robustness and cycle times.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in projects to evolve production means.


EXPECTED PROFILE
  • Holder of a polymechanic CFC, a HES Engineer diploma, a ES Technician diploma in microtechnology, or equivalent training.
  • You have proven experience in machining on CNC machines, both turning and milling, and master ISO programming as well as CAM programming.
  • You are proficient in CAD/CAM software, ideally CREO and GibbsCAM.
  • You possess strong skills in machining mechanics, notably in the choice, assembly and adjustment of tools.
  • You enjoy teamwork and like to be close to the shop floor to support production and solve technical issues.
  • Rigorous, organised and with good analytical skills, you know how to take a step back, propose relevant solutions and contribute to improving industrial performance.
