MISSION DESCRIPTION

- Define, select and provide the cutting tooling solutions necessary for the industrialisation of new products as well as for the integration of new machining means.
- Develop and maintain a privileged technical relationship with suppliers to identify the best solutions and ensure the performance of cutting tools.
- Ensure the capitalisation and sustainability of know-how by updating technical data, references, plans and tooling standards.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead optimisation actions aimed at increasing productivity, quality and reliability of machining processes.
- Be the technical reference for cutting tools with internal teams (methods, production, industrialisation...) as well as external partners.
- Support production workshops by providing technical assistance and contributing to solving issues related to cutting tools.
- Ensure active technological watch on market innovations by participating in trade shows, conducting tests and feasibility studies to integrate the best technical solutions
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Holder of a polymechanic CFC, or a Technician ES diploma.
- You have solid experience in machining and master technologies related to cutting tools, with particular expertise in machining stainless steels and precious metals.
- You are comfortable with CAD/CAM software, ideally CREO.
- You master cutting speeds and have basic knowledge of lubricants.
- You appreciate collaborative work and like to be close to the field to support teams.
- Recognised for your rigour and method, you have a good analytical mind and know how to propose concrete and effective solutions.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you communicate easily with various stakeholders and encourage cross-functional exchanges.
- Curious and adaptable, you easily evolve in varied technical environments, liaising with industrialisation teams, production workshops and suppliers.
