This position involves production scheduling and process implementation to achieve departmental goals. Furthermore, the role includes responsibility for the Apprentice Center, with direct accountability for the entire X CFC program. Main Responsibilities: Define and implement strategies for milling and turning machines (CNC machines) to achieve defined objectives (machine efficiency rates, productive hours) Ensure a high level of quality by minimizing non-conformance rates Ensure the proper implementation of the 4-year apprenticeship program, to guarantee optimal and efficient use of training hours and obtaining the CFC Polymechanic within the deadlines Identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities, implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments Train and support teams on new processes and opportunities and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for the main departmental processes Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws and standards (ISO and ESG) jidff2ee7caen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
