## Job Description ##
* Welcome internal and external clients and ensure a positive first impression at the reception desk.
* Manage calls and email boxes.
* Handle mail and courier services, including sorting and distribution.
* Provide administrative support to the Office Management and the Leadership team as needed.
* Help the HR team with organising on-boarding and coordinating various HR and recruitment activities.
* Maintain a neat and organised reception area.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability of required resources.
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
* Previous short experience in reception in a corporate environment OR previous experience in reception in the hospitality industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and rigour.
* A professional and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
* Basic proficiency in office software, including email, scheduling and presenting tools.
