For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a:

Technical Assistant

Your missions:

Assist the technical manager with administrative tasks to ensure the technical management of a property portfolio on behalf of our owner.

  • Provide high-quality telephone and face-to-face reception to our owner or tenant clients as well as with concierges and site managers,
  • Ensure the preparation of work orders, requests for quotes and follow-up on their execution,
  • Handle the re-invoicing of works charged to tenants and monitor reimbursement,
  • Manage claims administration (declaration, follow-up and recovery),
  • Ensure invoice processing (allocation and description handling),
  • Prepare entry and exit condition reports and follow up on files,
  • Prepare exit statements, order works related to exit statements and monitor them,
  • Various administrative tasks related to the position.

Profile sought:

  • Hold a commercial employee CFC or have proven experience (3 years) in a property management role as an administrative or technical assistant,
  • Have a good knowledge of building technology,
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and appreciate responsibility and autonomy,
  • Have an excellent command of French and be very comfortable with numbers,
  • Be proficient with common IT tools (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Quorum is an asset.
