Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), which will move to the Paudex site at the beginning of 2027, we are looking for an LPP Specialist and Project Manager (m/f).
Responsibilities
- Implement new tools and working methods in the field of occupational pension management
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, mainly IT and business units
- Analyse business needs and write functional specifications
- Participate in testing phases, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Support administrative management teams in their daily activities
- Train and support internal staff on new tools and processes
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training with a specialisation in occupational pension provision or social insurance
- Proven experience of more than 3 years in pension fund management (LPP)
- Project management experience in occupational pension provision is an advantage
- Strong interest in complex environments and continuous process improvement
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and collaboration skills
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of German or English
