Your responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the provision of products for all events (international trade fairs, exhibitions, photo shoots, video shoots, product presentations, internal events, etc.).
  • Ensure product availability by maintaining effective coordination between different departments.
  • Manage the administrative follow-up of value movements.
  • Keep databases and stock levels up to date.
  • Carry out periodic inventories and ensure the reliability of information.
  • Place consignment orders and transport orders.
  • Prepare all necessary documents for national and international shipments.
  • Organise the shipment of valuables throughout the year.
  • Prepare shipments (packaging, identification, quality control).
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international requirements.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs authorities.

Your profile:

  • Federal VET Diploma, business or logistics degree, or equivalent training.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a demanding environment.
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP.
  • Excellent command of French and a good level of English, especially in writing.
  • Knowledge of the watchmaking industry is a real asset.
  • Experience in international transport is appreciated.
  • Residence in Switzerland.
