Your responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the provision of products for all events (international trade fairs, exhibitions, photo shoots, video shoots, product presentations, internal events, etc.).
- Ensure product availability by maintaining effective coordination between different departments.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of value movements.
- Keep databases and stock levels up to date.
- Carry out periodic inventories and ensure the reliability of information.
- Place consignment orders and transport orders.
- Prepare all necessary documents for national and international shipments.
- Organise the shipment of valuables throughout the year.
- Prepare shipments (packaging, identification, quality control).
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international requirements.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs authorities.
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma, business or logistics degree, or equivalent training.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a demanding environment.
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP.
- Excellent command of French and a good level of English, especially in writing.
- Knowledge of the watchmaking industry is a real asset.
- Experience in international transport is appreciated.
- Residence in Switzerland.
