Production Planner (M/F)

Within the logistics department, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the proper execution of the production schedule, respecting deadlines while optimising resource utilisation.

Job Description

• Plan and schedule production optimally, ensuring the balance between workload and capacity
• Monitor, adjust and modify the production programme according to contingencies
• Coordinate operations between different departments (Production, Stock, Shipping)
• Maintain contact with clients, enter orders and confirm deadlines
• Update and monitor the order portfolio
• Update and maintain ERP master data
• Actively participate in process improvement and optimisation projects
• Coordinate and supervise inventories with Stock and Shipping teams

Desired Profile

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Training in Logistics, Supply Chain, production management or equivalent
• Rigour, precision and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication ability
• Strong customer orientation
• Autonomy and initiative
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and common IT tools
