Ideally located a few kilometers from Lake Geneva and the Portes du Soleil area, it offers a pleasant working environment.Reporting to the Production Management, you will ensure the proper functioning of the company's logistics activities, from the receipt of goods to the shipment of products.Logistics ManagerYour main missions:- Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables from suppliers and monitor the production schedule in coordination with the teams.- Ensure the availability of materials and optimize stock levels.- Supervise the preparation of orders and the tracking of shipments destined for export and the Swiss market.- Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical sector.- Collaborate closely with the Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments of our headquarters and external partners.- Manage the logistics team on a daily basis, define priorities, and support skills development.- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and management tools.Your skills and talents:- Holder of a DAS or CAS in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor in logistics, supply chain, industrial management, or equivalent experience.- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar function, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment.- Solid skills in inventory management and logistics.- Excellent organizational capacity, sense of priorities, and analytical mind.- Autonomy, rigor, and customer orientation.- Ease in exchanges with various interlocutors.- Mastery of French, excellent level of English, both oral and written.
