Management Analyst Logistics ServicesIn this role, you create an overview of the current situation, evaluate problems, opportunities, and risks, analyze and optimize business processes, and organize workshops as needed, whether in Bern or throughout the organization. You structure and document technical and procedural requirements in appropriate tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).In collaboration with various stakeholders, you develop solution approaches, elaborate business cases, and verify their completeness and accuracy with detailed concepts and requirements. Furthermore, you support specialized departments and the unit in the design and implementation of new systems and processes. You act as an interface between Business and IT and ensure that requirements are optimally translated into technical solutions. If necessary, you support Portfolio Management in the setup, management, and development of a project portfolio.You hold a degree from a university or university of applied sciences (or equivalent) and have a strong affinity for IT. You have several years of experience in analysis methods and tools in the field of requirements engineering, business process analysis, and project management approaches such as Scrum. Thanks to your deep understanding of processes and process modeling, you are able to design efficient solutions. Ideally, you also have experience in the logistics sector. You are able to quickly transform complex technical requirements into innovative and solution-oriented approaches and know how to respond in a targeted manner to customer needs. You demonstrate quick thinking, strong assertiveness, a marked sense of responsibility, and great autonomy. Finally, you never lose sight of the essentials, even in stressful situations. You have very good knowledge of a first language, both oral and written, and you have good knowledge (oral B2) in German as well as in French. We offer a fair salary which, depending on experience and skills, ranges between CHF and CHF per year (100% rate).
