Are you looking for a stable part-time job offering autonomy, responsibilities and regular hours?For over 10 years, Freevap.ch has been supporting thousands of customers across Switzerland and is one of the pioneering players in online sales specialising in electronic cigarettes and their accessories.As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are creating a new position within our Nyon warehouse and are looking for a reliable, organised and autonomous person to manage daily shipments.This position is particularly suitable for someone seeking a sustainable part-time job, compatible with a complementary activity, family life or a personal project.Your tasksOn a daily basis, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our Nyon warehouse and will work closely with our logistics and administrative teams.Your main tasks will be:
- Preparing orders for our private and professional customers using our computer system and scanners.
- Checking and receiving goods.
- Storing products and ensuring proper stock maintenance.
- Participating in inventories and reporting any anomalies.
- Checking the quality of orders before shipment.
- Managing returns and passing on necessary information to our customer service.
- Carrying out certain administrative and IT tasks at the end of the day.
- Ensuring the general smooth running of the warehouse and proposing improvements when appropriate.
As this is a newly created position, its content may gradually evolve depending on activity and your skills.Your profile:More than specific experience in logistics, we are looking above all for a person we can rely on.You are:
- Organised, meticulous and reliable.
- Comfortable with common IT tools.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Punctual and conscientious.
- Comfortable in a calm environment requiring a sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Swiss resident - Permit B
Experience in logistics, order preparation or stock management is an advantage but not essential.Work rate and hoursPosition at 50% (21 hours per week), Monday to Friday.Scheduled hours:
- Monday: 09:00 – 14:00
- Tuesday: 10:00 – 14:00
- Wednesday: 10:00 – 14:00
- Thursday: 10:00 – 14:00
- Friday: 10:00 – 14:00
