For our partner based in Visp, GI Life Sciences is looking for a: Logistic Logistic Specialist For our partner based in Visp, GI Life Sciences is looking for a: Logistic Specialist Start date: ASAP Temporary position End date: 07/2027 Your mission: Lead all logistics activities in collaboration with the Process Engineer Supervisor and act as the main point of contact for the logistics area. Your responsibilities: · Ensure the continuous supply of materials to production facilities in order to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable standards (EHS, xGMP, GDP, ISO 9001\). · Perform administrative tasks, including the preparation and maintenance of work instructions. · Lead, evaluate, coach, and develop the logistics team, organize training sessions, and monitor the quality of completed work. · Conduct regular shop floor inspections and participate in GEMBA walks. · Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure deadlines and operational targets are met. · Support and actively participate in day-to-day operational activities within the department. · Ensure that all team members comply with safety requirements and GMP standards. · Present and enforce operational procedures and standard processes during project kick-off meetings with customers and project managers. · Ensure proper archiving of all relevant documentation to guarantee full traceability of activities. Your profile: · Completed education or training in logistics, supply chain, or the pharmaceutical industry. · Several years of professional experience within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. · Strong personal commitment, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently and conscientiously. · Good knowledge of SAP (MM, SD, FI, and Ariba modules). · Fluent in English. jpidfefe3fajm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
