Activities

• Drive and accompany passenger and freight trains on our narrow-gauge network
• Form train compositions and prepare convoys for circulation
• Drive and manoeuvre various railway vehicles independently up to a maximum speed of 80-100 km/h
• Check the operation of vehicles and carry out minor maintenance work
• Check travel tickets
• Provide customer service

Required profile

• Preferably hold a B 80-100 railway driving licence for train operation or
• Have completed a recognised professional CFC technical apprenticeship of at least two years or hold the federal maturity certificate and be willing to undergo a 9-month training provided by our company to obtain the required circulation permits
• Pass pedagogical, medical and psychological tests
• Have a clean criminal record extract
• Be aged between 20 and 40 years
• Have good physical condition
• Be flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Able to work in a team but also independently
• Ability to collaborate with openness, solidarity and respect
• Strong sense of responsibility and organisation
• Decision-making skills and stress resistance
• Versatility, flexibility and availability
• Respect for the scope of competences and hierarchy
