• You assist the Manager in the daily supervision of the service.
• You participate in managing the setup, order follow-up and compliance with quality standards.
• You ensure a warm and high-end welcome for all our guests, with particular attention to regulars and VIPs.
• You collaborate in the administrative management of the department and team scheduling.
• You participate in recruitment, training and supervision of staff.

• You hold a diploma in hospitality and catering (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent).
• You have significant prior experience in a high-end hotel.
• You speak fluent French and English; a third language is a plus.
• You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros).
• You are organised, dynamic, with excellent attention to detail and a strong team spirit.
• Elegant and professional by nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
