Litigation Manager with accounting componentWe manage large-scale institutional real estate portfolios in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, and Fribourg. To strengthen our team, we are looking for aLitigation Manager with accounting component (60 to 80% depending on the profile)The activity rate is adaptable according to the profile: litigation management represents a fixed base of approximately 60%, with the possibility of expanding to 80% by integrating real estate accounting tasks.ResponsibilitiesLitigation and recovery- Monitoring of litigation and legal files based on owner instructions and directives- Drafting and sending reminders, formal notices, and lease terminations in case of non-payment- Drafting formal letters, settlement agreements, and contractual documents related to files- Monitoring debt collection procedures and follow-up- Managing tenant requests (notably payment arrangements) and coordinating with real estate accountants for rent tracking- Coordinating interventions by external partners (bailiffs, licensed business agents)Real estate accounting (depending on profile and activity rate)- Contributing to the accounting management of properties in the portfolio- Entering and monitoring receipts, expenses, and statements with the accounting team according to service needsYour profile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce, you have confirmed experience of at least two years in a similar position within a Swiss real estate agency. A SVIT/USPI complementary diploma, particularly with a legal dimension, is an asset.- You master Swiss tenancy law, in particular procedures related to non-payment, and are comfortable with the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (LP). French is your working language, both written and spoken; a level of English is desired.- Endowed with an excellent sense of service and real ease in contacts, you demonstrate diplomacy and firmness when dealing with various interlocutors — owners, tenants, or judicial authorities. Comfortable in negotiation, you know how to maintain a firm course while preserving the quality of relationships.- Autonomous and organized, you manage your priorities with method and demonstrate rigor in the follow-up of your files, including under pressure.
