Join our team of over 300 and become our:What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating:- You follow up on various collections (payment slips and postal account management), reminder procedures, and legal proceedings up to the write-off of uncollectible debts- You negotiate and validate payment plans with clients- You actively participate in the development and optimization of business-related processes within the framework of various company projects- You inform our affiliates/insured persons about social insurance in a general mannerWhat you bring to HOTELA:- You hold a vocational qualification (CFC) or equivalent, as well as experience in a litigation department- You have a flair for numbers and possess a keen interest in social insurance. Furthermore, you are comfortable with office tools; knowledge of the X program is an asset- You are comfortable with contacts, both by telephone and correspondence- You are a native French or German speaker and have a very good knowledge of the other language (German language level B2-C1 minimum)- You demonstrate autonomy while knowing how to work in a team.
