In parallel, they ensure family allowances and collective agreements in a demanding technical perimeter, serving thousands of companies and their insured members — where each file has a direct impact on the professional and social life of the individuals concerned.Job DescriptionYour mission:Within the FER CIAM Geneva, you play a key role in the management and recovery of claims from affiliated institutions. You manage litigation, debt collection, and bankruptcy files, ensure the follow-up of civil and criminal proceedings as well as actions for damages, while supporting affiliates and collaborating closely with authorities and internal partners. Your rigor and expertise allow for the guarantee of efficient file management and the protection of the interests of the represented institutions.Main activities:Bankruptcy procedure management- Receive and process documents from debt collection and bankruptcy offices, establish claims filings, control payments and collection movements, and manage costs.- Control certificates of shortfall, seizure reports, and loss statements, and initiate necessary follow-up actions.- Follow up on lifting of opposition procedures, manage correspondence and associated costs, and maintain a rigorous schedule for files.Actions for damages and criminal proceedings- Draft decisions and follow civil proceedings against responsible bodies (ARD) within the framework of the CIAM.- Draft criminal complaints (CIAM) and follow criminal proceedings initiated against companies and their bodies.- Allocate payments received within the framework of criminal proceedings and ARD actions, and follow up on payment arrangements.General support for affiliates, support for the legal department, and participation in projects- Welcome affiliates in person and by phone, and process all correspondence related to their files.- Manage payment arrangements with affiliates and issue decisions on payment deferrals and arrangements, within the framework set by management.- Prepare files with documents to be transmitted to the legal department for the most complex procedures.- Contribute to department projects, particularly to ensure the quality of data.Profile soughtYour Profile- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification.- You have prior experience in litigation or in a debt collection or bankruptcy office.- You hold a certificate in forced execution.- You possess good knowledge of the collection and perception of OASI/IV/APG/AC joint contributions and other dedicated tasks.- You possess solid analytical skills for accounting movements, claim tracking, and payment control.- You have excellent writing skills and perfect command of the French language.- You are comfortable with standard tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook).- You are a Swiss national or hold a valid permit.Aptitudes and skills- You have a marked interest in social insurance and/or the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act.- You demonstrate reliability and precision in the execution of your work.- You possess good listening skills, communicate with clarity, and are capable of working autonomously while placing great importance on mutual aid, team spirit, and a pleasant work environment.We offer:- A varied and responsible position within the largest interprofessional OASI fund in Switzerland, in a constantly evolving environment.You will benefit from:- A stimulating and dynamic environment.- Possibilities for continuous training.- Competitive social benefits.- A respected work-life balance.Are you interested in this position?
