Legal Secretary JL & Sàrl is based in Vevey and active in the main areas of law to complete our team, we are looking for a legal secretary (% workload) as of May 1st (or as agreed). Your missions: Processing incoming and outgoing mail (drafting under dictation and/or independently, formatting legal documents, etc.); Maintaining the agenda, managing deadlines, hearings, and appointments; Opening electronic and physical files, filing and archiving; Telephone and personal reception of clients and partners, management of invoices and debtor follow-up; Entry of salaries and current invoices; Management of inventory and ordering Profile: Holder of a federal certificate of competency as a commercial employee or equivalent; At least 2 years of experience in a law firm; Excellent command of oral and written French with impeccable spelling, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage; Organized and stress-resistant; Initiative and proactivity.
