As part of your studies, you will join the Directorate General for Territory and Housing (DGTL) and actively participate in work related to the Spatial Planning and Construction Act (LATC). You may also contribute to the routine tasks in the field of spatial planning, in connection with the files handled by the directorate's teams.

You will work in a dynamic environment, equipped with modern and bright offices, as well as appreciable flexibility thanks to the possibility of remote working.

• Provide support for the analysis of the LATC revision (zoning plans, construction projects, authorisation requests, etc.);
• Assist in the preparation of documents necessary for the LATC revision;
• Conduct legal and documentary research related to the LATC revision and/or the files handled;
• Occasionally contribute to cross-functional work within the directorate.

• You hold a Master’s degree, or are currently in the final year of a Master’s, ideally in the field of spatial planning law;
• You have a strong interest in issues related to spatial planning and construction law;
• You possess good analytical and writing skills;
• You are rigorous, autonomous and demonstrate a good spirit of collaboration;

• You are proficient with common IT tools (Word, Excel)
