## Job Description ##
* Advise and support on all employment law and HR-related matters to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
* Review and draft employment/HR, policies, rules and procedures and other legal documents.
* Provide guidance on labor law and employment regulations in the region.
* Support HR teams with employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
* Analyze and interpret legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal and HR practices with organizational goals.
* Review emplyoment-related grievances, requests for resolutions and other internal appeals and cases in front of UN jurisdictions.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* A degree in law.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience, in an international organization or legal department of a private or public organization.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies under the ILOAT jurisdiction.
* Proven ability to provide legal and HR guidance effectively.
* Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and policies.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
