To learn more, follow this link.Missions- Appeals: monitoring, instruction, and autonomous processing of appeals, drafting of draft decisions, and representation before the Cantonal Court.- Building permits and construction police: analysis and instruction of files, drafting of conditions and decisions on objections, occasional drafting of minutes during meetings.- Legal support: answering various legal questions, occasional processing of various files, particularly in criminal law, political rights, administrative matters, video surveillance, or in connection with the maintenance of public order.Desired profile- Master's degree in law or equivalent qualification.- Several years of professional experience, particularly in judicial proceedings.- Mastery of specific legislation in construction law and knowledge of municipal and cantonal regulations.- Very good writing skills.- Mastery of standard and specific tools.- Perfect command of the French language. jid351c8baaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
