The Occupational Pension Supervisory Authority of Western Switzerland (As-So) is responsible for the supervision of pension institutions with their registered office in the cantons of Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel, and Jura, and for the supervision of foundations with their registered office in the cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel, and Jura. Its mission is to ensure compliance with legal provisions and management in accordance with the assets entrusted to the supervised institutions. As a legal advisor, you will strengthen our supervision team for these foundations, which are active in fields such as philanthropy, health, social work, or culture. Interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to varied circumstances are therefore particularly sought-after qualities.Legal Advisor (%)Your missionYou will ensure, autonomously and in collaboration with specialists, the legal compliance of the supervised entities.
