In doing so, we always keep the entire life cycle of a property in mind.To supplement our Bern legal team (Wankdorf), we are looking for you asWhat you can achieve with us- You act as a competent business partner in all legal matters and work closely with internal and external contacts at Losinger Marazzi as well as other companies of the Bouygues Group in Switzerland.- You work regularly in the branches and on construction sites, in a practical manner, and coordinate cooperation with external lawyers if necessary.- Already in the commercial phase of a project, you support our teams X with customers and authorities, in contract drafting, and in the development of sound and solutions.- During the execution phase of our construction projects, you support those responsible in the X customers, subcontractors, and other project partners, thus contributing significantly to an X.- In addition, X the opportunity to contribute your knowledge in X further training and conduct training (in X and compliance) as a speaker.What you bring with you- You have a degree in law or a Master's degree from a Swiss university, ideally supplemented by a bar exam or and have several years of professional experience – preferably in construction, real estate, or corporate law.- You are a committed, resilient, and responsible personality with a precise, reliable, and independent way of working.- You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner, and convince through flexibility as well as pronounced negotiation and communication skills.- You have good written and spoken French skills; further language skills are an advantage. jid453e845aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
