This stimulating role encompasses all tasks across different areas of business law and involves close collaboration with all divisions of the company. We are strengthening our legal department team as a Legal Counsel F/H (100%) to support our Tissot brand, with expertise in business law.Your RoleAs a member of the legal department of the Group, you will manage the legal affairs of the Tissot brand, known for... In this position, you will daily advise the different divisions of the company - from marketing to distribution, from the sales department to logistics, as well as customer service, finance, and human resources - on various legal issues. You will contribute to major projects on a large scale, such as the launch of innovative new products like X Connect, the development of online sales, or the implementation of new solutions. You will provide your advice and support to the Tissot brand in distribution matters, including from a competition law perspective, and prepare correspondence. You will defend our intellectual property rights and negotiate marketing agreements for events with sponsors, brand ambassadors, and advertising campaigns. You will also handle labor law and data protection issues, negotiate leases, and respond to legal inquiries related to... and networks. Working closely with external counsel, you will lead any legal proceedings. You will ensure compliance with Group guidelines in various areas of activity and conduct regular updates. Finally, you will interact with your colleagues from foreign subsidiaries to coordinate local aspects of major projects and will play a key role within a motivated and talented team. The position is based in Biel, with at least one day a week at the brand's main site.Knowledge and SkillsYou feel perfectly at ease with Swiss law and hold a bar degree or equivalent qualifications. Moreover, you have several years of professional experience either in a company or in a law firm. You understand commercial projects and are comfortable negotiating complex contracts with interlocutors in either French or German, with an excellent command of the other language. You are accustomed to working in French, German, and find pleasure in your activities, possessing a particular ability to perceive legal and economic links with ease, as well as to correctly assess opportunities and leverage your legal knowledge to review, analyze, draft, and negotiate various agreements effectively, proactively and independently proposing solutions. You possess a sharp sense of priorities, perseverance, and demonstrate resilience. You know how to advise company management concisely and effectively to facilitate decision-making and the smooth running of activities. You are conscientious, loyal, and stress-resistant, and you stand out for your flexibility and commitment.
