## Job Description ##

**Key responsabilities:**

\* Lead multi-jurisdictional financing transactions from term sheet through execution.

\* Negotiate and draft high-value financing agreements: loan facilities, security packages, tax leases, and hedging instruments.

\* Oversee shipbuilding, supervision, and vessel delivery documentation.

\* Advise on vessel sale & purchase (MOAs, delivery conditions, documentation).

\* Act as senior legal counterpart to commercial, technical, and financial leadership teams.

\* Manage external counsel, banks, ECAs, and shipyard negotiations.

\* Enhance internal governance: compliance monitoring, documentation control, and operational processes

## The Successful Applicant ##

**Profile & Requirements:**

\* Minimum 4 years PQE in asset, ship, project, or structured finance.

\* Demonstrated capability in negotiating complex cross-border financing structures.

\* Legal qualification required; UK qualification strongly preferred

\* Outstanding drafting ability and mastery of English; French considered an advantage.

\* Strong executive presence, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills.

\* Willingness to relocate to Geneva; EU or Swiss citizenship preferred
