It is composed of 45 cantonal judges and substitute judges, elected for the duration of the term, as well as a registry serving its various courts. To complete the team in place, the Cantonal Court, which employs nearly 200 people, is looking for a specialized case manager.Responsibilities- Ensure, with full autonomy, the management and follow-up of files for the registry of the Public Law Court, by mastering the procedures and business processes specific to the field.- Analyze and process the various stages of the procedure in connection with the maintenance of files, verifying that all documents are gathered and compliant.- Collaborate in the holding and organization of hearings, auditions, and deliberations by determining the degree of urgency.- Manage the handling, routing, and dispatching of various correspondence by setting priorities according to deadlines and legal timeframes.- Draft certain decisions under the supervision of the judge or any other person authorized to do so.- Provide service at the counter and by telephone by informing litigants, lawyers, and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and costs.- You will find more details in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions?
