Description

Your role

Within a diversified group active in several sectors, you ensure the supervision of the legal and regulatory affairs of the various entities. A true partner of operational and strategic management, you provide your expertise on all legal, contractual, insurance and compliance issues.

Main responsibilities

  • Advise management and teams on matters related to labour law, individual and collective relations as well as social insurance
  • Provide legal support within the framework of commercial activities and business relations
  • Draft, negotiate and secure contracts concluded with partners, suppliers, distributors and other external stakeholders
  • Ensure the legal follow-up of commercial leases and other real estate contracts.
  • Participate in the negotiation, analysis and securing of contractual commitments related to real estate assets
  • Manage relations with insurers and brokers
  • Optimise the group’s insurance coverages and ensure their adequacy with the risks incurred
  • Guarantee compliance with legal requirements regarding personal data protection
  • Organise and coordinate the governance bodies of the group’s various companies
  • Prepare legal documentation related to boards of directors, general meetings and other decision-making bodies
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of mandatory legal registers and documents.
  • Manage disputes, pre-litigation and procedures in collaboration with external counsel

Profile sought

  • University degree in law (Master’s or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience of at least 10 years in a versatile legal role, ideally acquired within a group or company with diversified activities
  • Thorough knowledge of Swiss business law, labour law, social insurance and data protection
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French, English and German
  • Good command of office tools and strong interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Analytical mind, sense of priorities, autonomy and great discretion.
