Your role
Within a diversified group active in several sectors, you ensure the supervision of the legal and regulatory affairs of the various entities. A true partner of operational and strategic management, you provide your expertise on all legal, contractual, insurance and compliance issues.
Main responsibilities
- Advise management and teams on matters related to labour law, individual and collective relations as well as social insurance
- Provide legal support within the framework of commercial activities and business relations
- Draft, negotiate and secure contracts concluded with partners, suppliers, distributors and other external stakeholders
- Ensure the legal follow-up of commercial leases and other real estate contracts.
- Participate in the negotiation, analysis and securing of contractual commitments related to real estate assets
- Manage relations with insurers and brokers
- Optimise the group’s insurance coverages and ensure their adequacy with the risks incurred
- Guarantee compliance with legal requirements regarding personal data protection
- Organise and coordinate the governance bodies of the group’s various companies
- Prepare legal documentation related to boards of directors, general meetings and other decision-making bodies
- Ensure the maintenance and updating of mandatory legal registers and documents.
- Manage disputes, pre-litigation and procedures in collaboration with external counsel
Profile sought
- University degree in law (Master’s or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in a versatile legal role, ideally acquired within a group or company with diversified activities
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss business law, labour law, social insurance and data protection
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French, English and German
- Good command of office tools and strong interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Analytical mind, sense of priorities, autonomy and great discretion.
