In the centre of Lucerne, we offer a motivated and dedicated assistant a very versatile role in a renowned law firm.

Your Tasks

  • Managing the secretariat
  • Supporting several lawyers in all administrative matters and with submissions to courts and authorities
  • You prepare correspondence, legal documents, contracts and expert opinions based on templates in German and English and are responsible for invoicing and address management
  • Responsible for appointment and deadline monitoring as well as the orderly filing of mandates
  • You are in regular contact with clients and authorities and organise meetings and travel

Our Requirements

  • Commercial or comparable training
  • Professional experience in a law firm is desirable
  • You are proficient in common Microsoft Office programmes
  • You communicate confidently in German and preferably also in English
  • You are proactive, flexible, helpful and think ahead
