What awaits you

• In this fixed-term position, your role will be to handle disputes relating to labour law, tenancy law, contract law (notably contracts for work), and road traffic law. You will also be required to deal with cases in private and social insurance law
• You have good experience in the aforementioned legal fields. You are comfortable with civil procedure and able to provide legal information as well as manage cases independently
• To strengthen our team, we are looking for a positive person with an empathetic and communicative personality who works in a structured manner
• Rigorous in your working method but very flexible in your approach, you will be expected to handle a significant workload and integrate into a high-performing team

Your skills

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Swiss law
• Bar admission is an advantage
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in a law firm, legal protection service or other legal department
• French as a mother tongue, other languages such as German, English and Italian are an advantage
• Ease of contact by telephone, especially with clients, and a collegiate spirit
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and pragmatic decisions, availability as soon as possible for 24 months or two years
