Then join us!Lean ManagerWhat you will accomplish:- Observe processes on the ground (Gemba) to understand their real functioning.- Identify performance losses (flow, time) and propose appropriate solutions.- Structure and drive concrete actions with production teams for problem resolution and the development of their autonomy.- Facilitate problem-solving approaches (A3, Kaizen) and manage a high-impact portfolio.What you bring:- Education: Completed studies (University/Polytechnic, University of Applied Sciences, Bachelor's or Master's in industrial engineering, production management, food sciences, etc.) complemented by a qualification in Lean Management (Green Belt).- Work experience: Minimum 3 years in an industrial environment (production, logistics, or continuous).- You have expertise in analyzing processes and industrial flows (production, logistics) to identify issues and enjoy proposing concrete actions.- You know how to turn the field into concrete applications, focusing on quality, cost reduction, deadline adherence, and productivity.- You are comfortable in demanding environments and know how to challenge existing practices.
