Our occupational therapy services, present at the sites of Delémont and Porrentruy (Canton of Jura, French-speaking Switzerland), are specialized in functional rehabilitation and support for all ages. Our teams intervene to promote the autonomy and quality of life of people with physical, cognitive, or psychic impairments, whether temporary or permanent. To ensure the management and development of our activities, we are looking for, for an entry into service immediately or by agreement, a:Head Occupational TherapistResponsibilities- Management and coordination of two teams of occupational therapists (32 employees) at the sites of Porrentruy (post-acute activity) and Delémont.- Organization and supervision of the activity to guarantee the quality and continuity of care.- Collaboration with medical, nursing, and therapeutic teams.- Contribution to human resources management (recruitment, support for employees, skills development).- Contribution to the development of occupational therapy services within the institution by contributing to projects and continuous improvement.Profile- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or equivalent.- Swiss Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas.- Confirmed professional experience in occupational therapy, ideally in a hospital setting.- Experience or marked interest in team management and activity coordination.- Training in management, team leadership, or project management, or willingness to train in this field.- Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities.- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner and to lead projects.- Leadership, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.We offer- Stimulating work environment, dynamic and committed teams.- Facilitated access to housing (furnished rooms and studios).- A restaurant cafeteria with preferential rates. jidb1ca08faen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
