## Job Description ##

* Take ownership of the **infrastructure environment**, both **on-premises and in Azure**, ensuring **stability, scalability, and security**.
* Act as a **technical lead** within the infrastructure team - guiding, mentoring, and supporting a small group of engineers while remaining hands-on.
* Manage and optimize **core Microsoft services** including **Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online**.
* Contribute to the **deployment and integration** of **Dynamics 365** and **Microsoft 365** in a hybrid setup.
* Drive the **transition from legacy systems** to modern cloud-based solutions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
* Ensure operational excellence through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* **Strong technical expertise** in **Windows Server environments**, **Active Directory**, **virtualization**, and **Azure infrastructure services (IaaS, PaaS)**.
* Experience managing or mentoring others, with a genuine interest in **developing leadership responsibilities** over time.
* Hands-on experience with **Microsoft 365 ecosystem**, **networking**, and **security best practices**.
* Proven track record in **hybrid infrastructure management** and **system modernization**.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
* Very good level of English - any other languages a plus
