Principal We support daily over children and adults with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders throughout the canton of Neuchâtel. Our focus in the socio-educational, socio-professional, and therapeutic fields aims at the well-being and flourishing of people with disabilities throughout their lives. We are a non-profit organization recognized for public utility and founded in the Maison de Vie & de Santé de Couvet, which offers specialized and individualized support in welcoming and adapted living spaces, thanks to qualified staff. The homes place particular emphasis on providing a harmonious and respectful community social life while maintaining each individual's privacy, with each person having a comfortable living space. We are looking for our future Principal at 80%. Your mission You will ensure the proper functioning and development of a home, making all necessary decisions, leading the teams, and providing on-the-ground work by supporting individuals with Limited Autonomy in all daily life activities and motor skills activities. You are responsible for the life projects and the overall support of the beneficiaries welcomed in this profile. You hold a HES diploma, ideally complemented by a CAS or a certificate in management. You are skilled in coordinating actions within an interdisciplinary work environment and successfully executing projects. Your experiences and skills allow you to take the necessary perspective and act with a solution-oriented mindset. You support your team members in fulfilling their mission and ensure a positive and constructive work atmosphere. You appreciate working in a team while also being able to show initiative.
