Tasks Act as a center of expertise for all data protection matters, ensuring compliance with Swiss (LPD) and European (GDPR) legal frameworks. Support the Director of the Legal Office on cross-cutting files and projects. Develop, review, and negotiate complex agreements, ensuring risk management and protecting interests while providing legal support to various sectors of the Group (academic, scientific, and commercial) across a wide variety of private law areas. We are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Swiss law completed. Initial experience in drafting and knowledge in data protection (GDPR and Swiss LPD). Proficiency in French (working language) and fluent English (C1).
