What you can contribute
- conduct supervision of health insurance funds (mainly in German-speaking Switzerland) for all legal aspects
- assess the authorisation conditions stipulated in the Health Insurance Supervision Act
- continuously develop supervisory practice, focusing on challenges related to digitalisation (insurance forms including digital components, use of cloud services, AI, etc.)
- draft guidelines and decisions within the framework of procedures or measures under supervisory law
What makes you unique
- law degree (Bachelor or MLaw) with bar admission and/or relevant further training/experience
- additional qualifications desirable in data protection and security (related to digital applications, governance of digital processes and cloud services)
- at least three years of professional experience in the field
- independence, willingness to learn, reliability and team spirit are essential; to facilitate work: strong self-confidence and assertiveness
- good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
