We are looking for a Lawyer 50% for the Administrative Measures Sector

In a bilingual environment, you will handle enquiries, mainly in German.

Tasks:

• Make decisions on measures according to the Road Traffic Act (SVG)
• Review orders and correspondence
• Draft complex letters, orders and complaints
• Assist in handling various legal matters
• Proofread translated texts regarding legal matters
• If suitable and interested, give presentations as part of our internal and external prevention activities

Requirements:

You have completed comprehensive legal training, are proficient in German both spoken and written, and can express yourself well in French. You are very familiar with common computer programmes and have good knowledge of the Road Traffic Act (SVG). If you are also sociable, resilient and flexible, we would like to get to know you.
