We offer more than 250 courses, prepare for federal diplomas and certificates, and also manage programs mandated by the public employment service as well as by the cantonal Disability Insurance Office. ISO certified, we place quality, adaptability, and professional support for our learners at the heart of our mission.In our language training department, we are looking for a manager for our language training offer. This offer in French and German is aimed at varied adult audiences and combines several formats: labor market measures (MMT) mandated by the Public Employment Service (SPE) for job seekers, fide French courses and French courses intended for migrants with an integration objective, as well as courses for individuals and companies. The position combines the management of a team of 2 training managers and a dozen occasional trainers. The management portion is estimated at 40%. Together, we support individuals and companies in their professional development.Your missions- Pilot, develop, and represent the Languages department- Develop an innovative training offer meeting the needs of the market and partners- Guarantee the quality of training in accordance with the CPI's quality system (ISO) and the requirements of the mandators- Ensure budgetary management, monitoring of indicators, and continuous improvement- Supervise and support training managers as well as occasional trainers, and support the development of their skills- Evaluate pedagogical practices- Design, in collaboration with the team, training systems in face-to-face, remote, and hybrid formats- Provide training in French and/or German and support learners until they achieve their objectivesProfile- Higher professional education or equivalent- Federal certificate in adult education (or equivalent title), or willing to obtain it quickly- Confirmed experience in adult education, ideally in language teaching- Experience in team management or demonstrated aptitude to exercise a management function- Solid pedagogical skills and ability to support the professional development of trainers- Mastery of digital training tools and standard tools- Knowledge of labor market measures (MMT), the fide framework, or linguistic certifications constitutes an asset- Sense of leadership, ability to unite teams, and organizational quality- Bilingual French / German (oral and written) jid839b92aaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
