Thanks to your ability to generate enthusiasm, you enable our clients to enjoy a language stay, constantly clarifying the personal needs of our clients, and you are their first point of contact. You talk to clients about your own experiences and give them effective advice. You manage diverse tasks such as: advising and selling trips, following up with clients, after-sales service, contact via email, in person, by phone, and managing the Lausanne branch independently, with the support of your colleagues from other locations.
