Team Leader – Landscaping

Lucas Pizzelli Sàrl is looking for a team leader in landscaping to strengthen its team.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in landscaping or equivalent training is essential.
• Proven experience in managing landscaping sites.
• Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written).
• Category B driving licence is essential.
• Trailer licence (BE) is essential.
• Excellent management and team leadership skills.
• Organised, autonomous, rigorous and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to plan work, manage priorities and ensure site follow-up.
• Good interpersonal skills with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Your tasks

• Supervise and support teams on site.
• Actively participate in site work, especially in landscaping masonry, paving, edging, etc.
• Planning of personnel, equipment and supplies.
• Quality control of work and respect of deadlines.
• Contact with clients and coordination with management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
