Introduction

Xavier Constructions et Rénovations Ltd, a company specialised in structural work and renovation in Switzerland, is looking for a motivated Bricklayer / Team Leader to strengthen its team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate teams on construction sites.
• Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams.
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of the work carried out.
• Actively participate in bricklaying work (foundations, walls, slabs, formwork, reinforcement and finishing, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bricklayer and/or team leader in the construction sector.
• Mastery of bricklaying techniques and associated tools.
• Ability to manage a team and motivate colleagues.
• Good understanding of plans and technical specifications.
• Valid driving licence in Switzerland.
• Autonomy, rigour and a sense of responsibility.
