At ISS, we are looking for a committed and hands-on Landscape Supervisor. Thanks to your professional expertise and organisational skills, you ensure the coordination of teams, customer satisfaction, and the sustainable maintenance of the green spaces entrusted to you.
What awaits you
- Organise and supervise the daily activities of landscaping teams
- Support, train and develop employees on site
- Ensure monitoring of working hours and resource management
- Manage supplies, equipment and stock
- Maintain close relationships with clients and guarantee their satisfaction
- Participate in the preparation of offers, quotes and other administrative tasks related to the mandate
What you bring
- Landscape gardener certificate or equivalent training
- Experience in managing a team of landscapers (minimum 6 people)
- Professional experience in the field of at least 5 years
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
- Structured work planning, methodical organisation and autonomous working method
- Strong customer orientation
