Profile: * Experienced LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER (M/F) Profile: * Confirmed experience in landscaping, particularly in the maintenance of green spaces and gardens * Professional background in horticulture, landscaping, gardening or equivalent experience * Technical skills in maintaining lawns, flower beds, shrubs, hedges, trees, and irrigation systems * Ability to plan and organize interventions across multiple sites * Experience in managing a team and technicians or landscape workers * Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, and good qualities * Ability to advise clients on the maintenance and management of their green spaces Mission: We are looking for a team leader specialized in landscape maintenance to supervise several maintenance sites.
