Your missions: Carry out microbiological and physicochemical analyses on raw materials, products, and finished products, as well as environmental analyses, following established procedures, instructions, control plans, and various applicable standards. Perform microbiological and physicochemical analyses during weekends according to an established schedule within the team. Interpret and verify compliance of results and propose corrective and preventive measures. Ensure that all safety directives related to work are strictly observed under all circumstances and maintain an organized and clean environment. Interpret and verify the compliance of data, prepare reports and KPIs, as well as propose corrective and preventive measures. Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects related to quality control. Profile: CFC as a laboratory technician in biology or chemistry or equivalent. Proven experience in quality control in the field of microbiology and/or chemistry, experience in the food sector is a plus.
