Businesswoman / Businessman

The goal of your vocational training with us

We want to promote your professional and social skills and lay the foundation for a successful learning process. With the latest working methods and modern tools, you will be prepared for your future profession. Internal training modules in collaboration with the Swatch Group as well as excursions with other apprentices complement your interesting apprenticeship period.

During your three-year training as a businesswoman / businessman, you will work in 6 different departments. You will take on both administrative and organisational tasks. In various languages, you will advise our customers and employees personally and by phone and look for constructive and quick solutions to their concerns. Planning and organising various events and shifts at the telephone switchboard are also part of the training programme.

Profile

For the commercial profession in an international company, good school knowledge in German, English, and French as well as mastery of the 10-finger system are important. You enjoy working on the computer, like communicating with a wide variety of people from all over the world, and are characterised by your organisational and planning talent and your independence. A qualification at the highest level of compulsory schooling (Sek Kt. Bern / Sek E Kt. Solothurn) is a prerequisite for the commercial profession.
