As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Keep the kitchen running efficiently – coordinate workflows and maintain organization
  • Food prep – prepare ingredients and plate up the dishes
  • Ensure top hygiene and quality – uphold HACCP standards at all times
  • Manage stock levels – check inventory and ordering supplies
  • Help maintain a seamless operation during busy times
  • Maintain cleanliness – ensure workstations, equipment, and the overall kitchen remain spotless
  • Handle general kitchen tasks
Your Qualification
  • Previous experience in gastronomy or kitchen work
  • No completed EFZ training as a chef necessary
  • Highly motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn
  • Reliable, well-organized, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Compliance with HACCP standards desired
