Description
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep the kitchen running efficiently – coordinate workflows and maintain organization
- Food prep – prepare ingredients and plate up the dishes
- Ensure top hygiene and quality – uphold HACCP standards at all times
- Manage stock levels – check inventory and ordering supplies
- Help maintain a seamless operation during busy times
- Maintain cleanliness – ensure workstations, equipment, and the overall kitchen remain spotless
- Handle general kitchen tasks
Your Qualification
- Previous experience in gastronomy or kitchen work
- No completed EFZ training as a chef necessary
- Highly motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn
- Reliable, well-organized, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Compliance with HACCP standards desired
