The first establishment of this type in Switzerland, the Hotel in Lausanne is a concept inspired by the successful experience of Scandinavian countries. Its clientele combines passing tourists, business travelers, families, as well as the patients themselves. The 3-star superior Hotel offers a warm and modern atmosphere in its 108 rooms. The restaurant Le Mill Feuilles (85 seats) offers tasty regional cuisine with a seasonal menu, a salad and dessert buffet. A 40-seat terrace and a 24-hour bar area complete the range of services.Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant- Assist in the preparation of raw materials for setup- Assist the cooks in hot or cold preparations- Respect hygiene and safety standards and procedures- Ensure good management of raw materials (no waste)- Follow established procedures (HACCP standards, machine cleaning, kitchen cleaning, FIFO, inventories, etc.)- Do the dishwashing and cleaning of utensils, etc.- Store dishes, cutlery, and other utensils in cupboards or other designated areas- Participate in the reception and storage of goods- Manage small equipmentProfile:- +/- 2 years of experience- Proficiency in spoken, read, and written French- Ease and team spirit- Rigorous and methodical- Location: Lausanne or very close region (split shifts and no parking available)- Swiss or work permit jid5004e37aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
